The title is a bit misleading, it comes with a tag "made in China." I was trying to find a Mexican themed item.I used it as a maternity top and got so many compliments. It did get torn apart in the wash so I would put it inside a garment bag or hand wash but top was so cute.The fringe edges are a little delicate, but this otherwise is a nice top.I received a completely different shirt than the one shown. It was a cheaper quality/knock off version. Disappointed & a waste of my time dealing with the return.It is beautiful, but it does run small. I am going to buy the white one too. Very class looking.
