I'm 5'7" close to 200 lbs. and usually wear an 18. I bought an xxl and it fits perfectly. I loved the length. I'd say it covered most of my butt. It's soft and comfortable. I was not disappointed with the color and pattern either. I bought the one with blue leaves cascading down. I'm now going to buy a few more. I Love some of the other patterns as well, but wanted to try one first since there were very few reviews and no one answered my question.
